Memorandum of cooperation signed between CEI Nahla and Muslim Women’s Council (MWC)

Muslim Women’s Council (MWC) is an organization from the United Kingdom that has been operating for ten years guided by the vision that women are a powerful driving force for social change and key participants in ongoing discussions about the role and place of Muslim women in British society and beyond.

The aim of this cooperation is to jointly work on promoting women’s education, their empowerment, professional development, and active participation in the community.

“The signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between CEI Nahla and the Muslim Women’s Council (MWC) marks the beginning of a promising partnership. By joining forces in education, empowerment, leadership development, and youth engagement, we are building bridges across borders and nurturing hope that strengthens women and develops the community,” said Sehija Dedović, President of CEI Nahla.

MWC Chair, Dr. Shuruq Naguib, emphasized: “We are delighted to announce that MWC and Nahla have signed a Memorandum of Understanding and become partner/sister organizations. This partnership is based on our shared vision of serving women within our communities and globally — through expanding access to education and enabling empowerment. We look forward to exchanging knowledge and experiences, expanding our reach to women internationally, and enriching Islamic education in Muslim communities around the world.”
